    I met Cathy when we were launching our careers in public relations and marketing. After succeeding in our respective fields, Cathy decided to adapt her skills to become a life coach. After her training, it was clear that this was always her true calling. For nearly three decades she led comms, strategy, campaigns and advocacy in Florida’s never-dull political landscape. She’s counseled governors, high-ranking appointees, lawmakers, statewide leaders while juggling the relentless pursuit of the state’s Press Corps. Now she leverages the same savvy that made her good at her craft to help others.
